The Partnership Agreement (PPP Agreement) stipulates that Xiongdi Technology will establish a 100%-owned project company in Burkina Faso. Provide the national government of Burkina Faso with an e-passport system and overall solutions that comply with ICAO international standards. The total contract value is approximately 119.725 billion West African francs (approximately 237 million yuan), accounting for more than 50% of the company's 2023 operating income.
