It is agreed that the company and the designated shareholding platform Wuhu Lingyun Technology Partnership (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Lingyun Partnership" and "Party A") and Wuhu Chery Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Wuhu Chery", "Party B") respectively sign "equity transfer agreement", the two parties reached an agreement on the acquisition of Wuhu Yunmu Electronic Technology Co., Ltd.
