It is reported that He Liang was appointed as the company's co-chief financial officer on January 12, 2024. He Liang has been in the group for more than 5 years and has rich experience in financial and legal work. Since serving as the group's vice president of cooperation with financial institutions in 2021, He Liang has been fully responsible for the strategic cooperation between the company and financial institutions and continues to create value for the company's business. Previously, He Liang successively served as the company's financing director and institutional cooperation director,grandvillapokerDuring his tenure, he continuously led the team to achieve high-quality business growth and created a model of in-depth cooperation between the company and financial institutions. Before joining the Group, Mr. He worked in the Cross-Border Finance Division and the Transportation Finance Division of ICBC Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. from July 2015 to August 2018, and has rich experience in cross-border leasing transactions, financial leasing, operating leasing and other fields. He Liang received a bachelor's degree in law from Tsinghua University in 2013 and a master's degree in finance from Tsinghua University in 2015. He Liang obtained the Chinese Legal Professional Qualification Certificate issued by the Ministry of Justice of China in March 2020.
