In order to thoroughly implement the spirit of the Central Financial work Conference and the "opinions of the State Council on strengthening Supervision and preventing risks to promote the High-quality Development of the Capital Market", standardize the acceptance of securities issuance and listing, and maintain the order of the acceptance work, the Shanghai Stock Exchange (hereinafter referred to as this Exchange) revised the applicable guidelines No. 1-acceptance of Application documents of the rules for the examination and approval of issuance and listing of Shanghai Stock Exchange (see Annex for details) It is hereby promulgated and shall enter into force as of the date of promulgation. The "applicable guidelines No. 1-acceptance of Application documents for issuance and listing of Shanghai Stock Exchange" issued by the Stock Exchange on February 17, 2023 (SSF (2023) 44) shall be annulled at the same time.
